Nassau native, Nicole Allen, brings over 30 years of hospitality experience to our resort. With her most recent hotel role at Grand Lucayan in Grand Bahama, Nicole also has a passion for wellness, as she owned her own fitness business. These experiences blend perfectly for her position at The Cove, creating unique experiences for guests through customized itineraries that include outdoor adventure and relaxation. Outside of work you can typically find Nicole lost in a book, getting a good workout in, or spending time with her family at home.
