From July 23–25, we invite you to enjoy a special culinary experience at The Cove Eleuthera featuring Chef Mark Lundgaard of Kong Hans Kaelder, a storied Relais & Châteaux and Two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen. Joining Chef Lundgaard will be Chef Nathan Rich, Executive Chef of Twin Farms, a celebrated Relais & Châteaux resort and repeat recipient of the Food & Wine Global Tastemakers award. In addition to driving the epicurean experience of Twin Farms for over a decade, Chef Rich serves as the Culinary Director of Tanzerra Resorts.
The chefs will focus on the island’s pristine waters and coastal abundance: snapper, conch, spiny lobster, bright citrus and the unmistakable flavors shaped by the Caribbean sea. Together, the chefs will craft menus that explore Eleuthera’s fresh, ocean-driven character.
