Angie is from Gregory Town, Eleuthera and has been with The Cove since 2017. She and her team grow much of the fresh greens used in our kitchen such as kale, aloe, gooseberries, asparagus and more. Guests may meet Angie during the Organic Garden Tour as she shares her wealth of knowledge for gardening and takes you to taste and discover all she has to offer.
As a former bartender, Angie enjoys making the cocktail of the Bahamas, Goombay Smash, served at our resort. In her free time, she loves walking along the beach, shelling and working in her at-home garden.
