The Cove has long been regarded in the region for the quality of its culinary experience. While our chefs’ repertoires are diverse, they share a passion for Asian-inspired cuisines. Exceptional presentations of fish and local produce are highlights of the culinary experience on the property; and pastries and breads are baked fresh daily in our ovens.

This past July, we welcomed Chef Mark Lundgaard — the mind behind Kong Hans Kaelder, Copenhagen’s two Michelin-starred landmark — alongside Chef Nathan Rich, Executive Chef of Twin Farms and Tanzerra Resorts and repeat Food & Wine Global Tastemaker. Together, they turned to the island itself: snapper, conch, spiny lobster, bright citrus. Menus drawn entirely from these waters.
